All sales are final. JVwigs does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase on jvwigs.com, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
EXCHANGES — ELIGIBILITY
We offer exchanges only, subject to the following strict conditions. To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at contact@jvwigs.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Items are eligible for exchange only if they are:
• Unworn and unaltered
• Unprocessed, uncoloured, and chemically untreated
• In their original, uncut state with all original packaging and tags intact
• Free from odours including perfume, smoke, hair spray, or food smells
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
The following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:
• Wigs or hair that have been worn, tried on, or styled
• Hair that has been coloured, bleached, permed, or chemically treated
• Hair that has been cut or altered in any way
• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
• Custom-coloured or specially processed orders
• Digital products (e.g. the Premium Hair Vendor List) — non-refundable on download
Please note: In accordance with UK and international hygiene regulations, human hair products that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us at contact@jvwigs.com within 48 hours
of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. Failure to notify us within this window may affect your ability to claim an exchange. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate quality issues.
PRE-DISPUTE CONTACT REQUIREMENT
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you must first contact JVwigs at contact@jvwigs.com and allow us at least 3 business days to respond and attempt to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks filed without first exhausting this process will be contested with full evidence and may be reported as friendly fraud.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES
All return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and Signed Full service. Jvwigs Is not responsible for items lost or damage in return transit
